David Probst 
Principal

David Probst founded Archrock Capital, the predecessor to Stonehenge Structured Finance Partners, in January 2006. During a four year period, Archrock represented numerous companies, raising over $500 million in capital.    Prior to Archrock, David was a Senior Managing Director in the Asset Backed Securitization Group at Red Capital Markets, Inc.   While at Red, David oversaw the issuance of over $1 Billion in asset-backed securities for various finance companies in the professional lending sector, many of them first time issuers.  Prior to Red, David served as a Managing Director of securitization with McDonald Investments and Banc One Capital Markets.  Over his 20 year investment banking career, David has securitized numerous asset types and has structured private placements and 144a financings totaling more than $5 billion.  While at Banc One Capital, the structured finance group consistently ranked in the top ten of placement agents for number of asset backed private placements.  In addition, David was responsible for originating and underwriting transactions into a Banc One self-managed fund for the purchase of mezzanine and subordinate tranches of securitizations.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University in 1979 and his MBA from The Ohio State University in 1984.

Warren Philipp
Principal

Warren Philipp is an experienced investment banking and structured finance executive with a background in portfolio and risk management as well as business development. Warren is a founding partner in Stonehenge Structured Finance Partners with a focus on originating and structuring transactions secured by a variety of asset classes. Prior to joining SSFP, he spent over fourteen years working for JP Morgan in Chicago and London, the majority of the time in the asset backed securities business. He was Managing Director and Head of the firm’s ABS business focused on middle market corporations and financial institutions. In this position, he was key to developing much of the firm’s industry leading risk management policy, was part of the securitization investment committee, and controlled an almost $10 billion portfolio of structured product investments. He was instrumental in the development of JP Morgan's platform targeting first time issuers and emerging asset classes.  Warren holds a Bachelors Degree from Miami University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
